I'm excited to offer this beautiful Jaeger LeCoultre World Time and Calendar clock from the 1960s. This rare model features both world time and calendar function with an 8-day high quality Calibre 222 Jaeger LeCoultre movement. The outer bezel rotates to set the time zone, while a separate hand on the crystal can be used to mark a specific time zone. The date can also be advanced manually with a lever on the back.
This clock is in stunning aesthetic condition, with the original gilt (electroplated) finish almost completely untarnished. The convex acrylic crystal is perfect. As a bonus for collectors and completionists this clock comes with the original box, papers (certification and guarantee) as well as a metal accessory (with pouch) which can be used to determine time zones while travelling.
I have extensively tested and regulated the clock and it keeps accurate time. All functions work as they should. The clock is approximately 160mm (6 1/3") by 70mm (2 3/4").
