About
First introduced in the 1950s, the Gyromatic line featured Girard Perregaux’s patented automatic winding system, involving two “Gyrotron” wheels with rubies that enabled the watch to wind smoothly and without excessive wear and friction. Today these watches are admired by collectors for their unique mix of craftsmanship and elegance.
The Gyromatic we have today dates to the late 1950s and features a stylish, mid-century design, including a classic gold filled case with curved lugs and an original dial with arrowhead markers. We've paired it with a sophisticated Molequin Saffiano strap in brown.

Overall condition:
Gold filled case and back in good condition, was polished in the past and with minor marks of wear. Unsigned crown replaced previously. Polished acrylic crystal. Original dial with arrowhead markers is in fantastic condition, with almost no signs of damage or age. Dauphine and seconds hands with some discolouration.
