About
Produced from 1999 to 2013, the 203 Arktis re-invented the original 203 into an even tougher temperature resistant all environment chronograph. Using Sinn's Ar-Dehumidifying Technology, the Arktis is rated to operate from -45 degrees Celsius up to +80 degrees Celsius, and features a 300 meter water resistance rating.
Sinn's resistant technology works by using "Extreme Diffusion-Reducing" seals instead of regular rubber seals, Argon gas pumped into the case to prevent build-up of excess humidity, and a copper sulphate capsule on the outside that absorbs moisture within the case.
Combined with a high-quality stainless steel case manufactured by SUG of Germany, screw-down crown and chronograph pushers, a blue electroplated UV-resistant dial, and sapphire crystal, the Arktis is a watch built to withstand the elements and any adventure you make take while wearing it.

Overall Condition:Case in excellent condition, with sharp lines and very minor marks of wear. Bezel clicks satisfyingly, some discolouration on lume and painted markings. Dial is perfect, aside from minor mark around 30-minute register, lume is strong. Sapphire is good, with minor marks visible under magnification. Crown and pushers screw in nicely. Polished and brushed bracelet is excellent, with minimal stretch.
