The aluminum bezel Submariner Date is a personal favourite here at the shop. An absolute classic and timelessly designed, with arguably the perfect proportions and wrist presence, the Sub has well earned its reputation and popularity. Fully suited for either formal, casual or sporty occasions.
Earlier 16610 Submariners manufactured before 1998 still featured tritium lume, and are now sought after by collectors for the colour changes and patina possible with tritium.

Crown screws in nice and tight. Sharp bezel with new luminova service insert is perfect, clicks satisfyingly. Sapphire crystal is clean. Original tritium dial and hands in fantastic condition, no longer active. Bracelet in good condition, with slight stretch, wears nicely. Rolex logo on the clasp has been polished down.
