So many things to love about this classic reference and this watch in particular, such as the glossy dial with hints of blood orange patina, the warm tritium markers, and the faded orange insert. The third-generation GMT Master also introduced a number of features, including hacking and a quickset date.
I've serviced the movement and replaced the acrylic crystal, but otherwise left the case as is. It's in spectacular condition, and was obviously worn with care throughout its life.
I've pared the watch up with a Swiss made, custom fit Everest Alligator strap, which I think makes a fantastic combination.
