About
Aquadive made dive watches in the 1960s and 1970s that were only sold in dive magazines and shops. This particular model came in 3 different sizes (small, mid, and large). This is the mid-size version, coming in at 35mm with the screw down crown.
The watch is in fantastic shape. The oval case is sharp, the bi-directional bezel looks great with few marks of wear, and the blue dial is eye-catchingly colourful. The lume on the bezel, dial indicators, and hands still glows! I've also replaced the acrylic crystal with an appropriately thick dive crystal.
I have serviced the ETA 2671 movement (the same one you will find in Tudor watches, among other high-end brands) and it keeps great time. The quickset date is nice to have as always on a vintage watch.
